How are orders shipped? TOP

Packages are sent by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  For international, rush delivery or special orders, please email me at dianne@burpbees.com.  You will receive a separate email with shipping confirmation info when your order ships. 

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

Burpbees collects 7.25% sales tax on products shipped to residents of California.

What if there is a mistake on my order? TOP
We want you to be happy with all your purchases from Burpbees.  If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the amount paid, minus shipping costs.  We are happy to fix any embroidery problems if it was our mistake.  Please be careful when you type in names for personalization.

Will your send my order as a gift? TOP
We are happy to send your gift directly to the recipient.  We can enclose a gift card.  Please provide the gift message upon checkout.  If you are ordering gifts for multiple addresses, you will need to place individual orders for each address.  All Burpbees products are tied with a satin ribbon and all baby gifts have a decorative pacifier, as well.  A receipt will not be included in gift orders.

We are proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal.

Please note:  California residents please include 7.25% sales tax.  For shipping, please include $6 for orders up to $48; $7.50 for orders that total $48.01-$96; $10 for orders over $96.  Burpbees company policy is to send your order as soon as your check clears. 

How do I care for my Burpbees products? TOP
All Burpbees products can be machine washed warm and tumbled dry.
